CANCELLATION POLICY

NO SHOW / LATE CANCEL POLICY

Your session will be deducted for late cancellation/no show will be charged if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Limited Use Memberships (4x 8x or 12x per month): Class credit will also be forfeited for no show/late cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled class. A $25 late cancellation or no show fee will be charged if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

NOTICE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

A 30-day written notice to cancel is required before the next full billing cycle on all recurring memberships (4x, 8x,12x or unlimited use)

FREEZE POLICY

Member is entitled to (1) freeze/year up to 30 days. A $25 hold fee no access to classes

DOWNGRADE OF MEMBERSHIP
